By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you are not permitted to use the Site or services.

Purchases

If you choose to purchase any service or product through the Site ("Purchase"), you may be asked to provide relevant payment details, including but not limited to: your credit card number, its expiration date, billing address, and shipping details.

You affirm and guarantee that:

• you are legally authorized to use the credit card or any other payment method you submit; and
• all information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete.

We may use third-party payment services to process transactions. By submitting your information, you authorize us to share it with those third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product or service unavailability, pricing or description errors, order errors, or suspicion of fraud or unauthorized transactions.

We are consistently updating our offerings of products and services. As a result, there may be delays in reflecting updates on the Site or in advertising on other platforms.

Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to the Site or services at any time, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion and for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nolona LLC, along with its affiliates, partners, agents, employees, officers, and directors, against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of:

Under no circumstances shall Nolona LLC, or its affiliates, agents, employees, suppliers, or directors, be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. • your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site;
• actions or content of third parties on the Site;
• content you access through the Site; and

Nolona LLC does not guarantee that:

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Nolona LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements related to the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may revise or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice at least 30 days before the new Terms take effect.

What constitutes a "material change" will be determined solely by us.

By continuing to access or use our services after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must discontinue use of the Site and services.

SMS Consent (Opt-In)

You must provide explicit written consent before we send you promotional messages. This may be done through keyword opt-in (e.g., texting a keyword to a short code) or through an online form.

We are committed to full transparency in communications, and messages will always identify Nolona LLC or Nolona Academy as the sender.

Standard messaging rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. To opt back in, reply START, or send a request to support@nolonallc.com.

If you purchase an individual plan, you become a Premium Organizer, which grants access to premium messaging features (e.g., extended-length messages, delivery to otherwise restricted carriers).

Consent to Receive Messages

As part of using our services, you agree to receive communications (SMS, email, push notifications) related to your participation in Nolona programs.

When you enroll in a service, course, or group, you will receive welcome messages, as well as instructions on how to opt out. Participants who do not respond may be removed from groups.

Nolona LLC and its Funding Mentorship may also send administrative or service-related communications.

BY ENROLLING IN ANY SERVICE, YOU CONSENT TO RECEIVE COMMUNICATIONS FROM NOLONA LLC AND ITS FUNDING MENTORSHIP.

If you connect any third-party applications to our services, you also consent to receive communications from those services.

You agree to hold Nolona LLC and its affiliates harmless for any legal claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of this messaging consent agreement.

To stop receiving text messages permanently, reply STOP at any time.

If you're located in Canada, you may opt out of marketing messages, but you may still receive essential service-related messages where permitted by law.

Refund Policy

Credit Consulting

No refunds are provided. We offer consulting services for 12 months from your initial enrollment date.

Inquiry Removal

If the inquiries we agree to remove are not removed within 45 business days from the date of purchase, we will issue a full refund for any inquiries that remain.

Mentorship and Class Purchases

Nolona Funding Mentorship

All mentorship programs and digital product purchases are non-refundable.

Live, In-Person Classes

No refunds are issued for live events or classes.
